Originally from the United Kingdom, Steven relocated to Zambia with a vision to build something meaningful in the mining and processing sector. Through determination, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence, he established KST Copper Mining & Processing. Today, Steven leads the company’s growth from exploration and mining through to processing and final product production, driving innovation and creating opportunities within Zambia’s mining industry.

Isabella Turner

Chief Finance Officer

Before joining KST Copper Mining & Processing, Isabella successfully owned and operated two businesses, building both from the ground up through hard work, dedication, and a strong understanding of customer relationships. Her entrepreneurial journey provided extensive experience in finance, business management, and strategic planning. Relocating to Zambia marked an exciting new chapter, and she now plays a key role in guiding the company’s financial growth and future development.

Kevin Bonel

Chief Geologist

Dr Kevin A. Bonel brings over 25 years of exploration experience across Africa, with a particular focus on the Central African Copperbelt. Having worked with major mining companies including Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Freeport-McMoRan, and Barrick Gold, he provides KST Copper Mining & Processing with invaluable geological expertise, technical guidance, and strategic insight.

Lusemeka Mumba is a driven and ambitious professional with years of experience within Zambia’s copper industry. His extensive knowledge of mining and processing operations, combined with his strong leadership skills, makes him an integral part of KST Copper Mining & Processing. Passionate about growth and continuous improvement, Lusemeka oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, working closely with staff to maintain high standards, efficiency, and a positive working environment while driving the business forward.
